Description

Request by Mark Neufeld for a Minor Use Permit (MUP) to allow the construction of a 4,749 square foot (sf) single-family residence with attached garage and a 2,100-sf workshop building, as well as other site improvements that will include an all-weather access driveway, water storage tank and septic leach field. The project will result in an area of disturbance of approximately 39,777 square feet and will include 237 cubic yards (cy) of cut, 211 cy of fill, the earthwork will be balanced on site (when subsidence and losses are considered). The project will be served by an existing well. An existing agricultural road will be improved to meet CalFire standards to serve the residence and accessory building. The project site consists of 24.5 acres located at 5425 Martingale Court about two miles east of the City of Paso Robles. The site is within the Agriculture land use category and the El Pomar/Estrella Sub-Area of the North County Planning Area.
