Description
The La-Z-Boy Design Review and Map Project (“Project”) consists of a Major Design Review for a new ±13,078 square-foot commercial building along with associated site improvements including parking, lighting, and landscaping. The Project also includes a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the existing single parcel into two parcels and a Tree Removal Permit to remove 10 trees of local importance. The Project will comply with the City’s Climate Action Plan (CAP) for new non-residential development.
