Description

The project proposes to demolish the existing improvements on-site in order to redevelop the project site with a residential development that would include 38 three-story, rowhome units, a central open space area, and a segment of a pedestrian walkway along the southern site boundary that would connect to a future City park planned to the west of the site. The project would set aside 25 percent of the units (i.e., 10 units) as affordable at varying levels of affordability. The project includes a request for a General Plan Map Amendment from General Industrial to Medium Density Residential and a Zoning Map Amendment from MM – General Industrial to R3-1.5 (Residential Multiple-Family).
