Description

The applicant, Mohamad Najm, requested a subdivision of 84,632 square foot parcel into three separate parcels: Parcel 1 measuring 8,957 square feet, Parcel 2 measuring 42,329 square feet, and Parcel 3 measuring 33,346 square feet through Tentative Parcel Map 431. As a result of the subdivision, the applicant also requested a variance for the residential structure encroachment on proposed Parcel 1 into the required 20 foot rear yard setback and 5 foot side setback, and for the diesel pumps and automotive repair station encroachment on proposed Parcel 2 into the required 20 and 15 foot rear setbacks
