The Proposed Project include construction of a Class I asphalt/concrete bicycle path with decomposed granite pedestrian and equestrian path with a general design, as follows: Ten-foot bicycle path travel way with two-foot shoulders, five percent maximum slope, two percent maximum cross fall path and shoulder slopes, minimum 2 to 1 foot slope ratio for cut/fill slopes, and signage and striping along the trail. The construction phasing and activities are expected to take approximately eight months to complete for this trail phase. Construction is anticipated to be initiated and completed in 2026, though the estimated date may be subject to change.
