Description

Reclamation Plan Renewal and Modification to extend the existing quarry mining operation for an additional five (5) years and propose a minor modification of the approved Reclamation Plan and the reclaimed slope configuration to achieve a more natural final contour. The operation, for which a ‘Vested Right’ has been granted, includes extraction of up to 40,000 cubic yards of material annually, and the processing of 51,000 cubic yards per year.
