Title: Hornbrook CSD Water Treatment Improvements Project
Description: The purpose of the proposed project is to replace damaged and aging infrastructure, improve fire flows, and ensure a safe and reliable water supply for existing customers in the Hornbrook Community Services District water service area. Improvements include construction of a new Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and booster pump station, replacement of two water tanks, improvements to an existing backwash pond, replacement of the Well 1 and Well 4 buildings, improvements to the existing diversion structure, and installation of pressure-reducing valves and water meter boxes on lower elevation water services on the east side of Interstate 5.
