Description

A request by Sarabjit Purewal for a Minor Use Permit/Coastal Development Permit (C-DRC2022-00025) to allow for the construction of an approximately 3,452-square-foot single-family residence with an attached 1,202-square-foot garage, 424-square-foot storage space, a 504-square-foot unconditioned art studio, and associated site improvements.
