Description

This application proposes to subdivide an 87.89 acre parcel into four parcels and a remainder parcel. Each of the proposed parcels meets minimum lot size requirements for this zone district and general plan densities. Water service infrastructure and roads were constructed during a prior subdivision process that was never completed. Developable areas based on soil stability have been identified during various geotechnical investigations of the parcel. A biological assessment and botanical survey were done and recommendations were made to ensure that impacts to biological resources were less than significant.
