Description: The County of Fresno’s Department of Public Works and Planning (County) is proposing to make park improvements to Skaggs Bridge Park (Park). The Park is located north of the intersection of North Madera Avenue and West Barstow Avenue in unincorporated Fresno County. The Park is open for day use with approximately 17 acres developed in trees and turf. Access to the San Joaquin River makes the Park a popular attraction amongst county residents year-round.
