Description: The Project would replace a segment of an existing water main and would not involve the expansion of an existing use. The Project would only involve minor modifications in the replacement of existing water main structures. Further, none of the exceptions under Section 15300.2 of the CEQA Guidelines are applicable to this project - the Project would not affect any sensitive species or their habitats, cultural resources, scenic resources, or any other environmentally sensitive resources.
