Title: Humboldt Bay Offshore Wind Heavy Lift Multipurpose Marine Terminal Project
Description: The Project will provide a new multipurpose, heavy-lift marine terminal facility to support the offshore wind energy industry and, potentially, in the future, other coastal-dependent industries. The Project also includes a 30-acre solar array and 1.2 mile long bike path adjacent to the terminal site but outside of the 180-acre terminal area, and additional improvements on Woodley Island to support the fishery and recreation communities.
