- The project is limited to the construction of a new, single family residential home on Lake Tulloch, in Calaveras County. The nonnative grasses will be removed, three (3) oak trees will be felled in the upland, and the area will be graded in preparation for house construction. The structural footprints include a 4,008 square foot house, a 961 square foot garage, a covered 630 square foot porch, and an uncovered, 541 square foot deck. No part of the structures will be installed where water may be present, and no rock armoring will be placed.
