Description
The California Natural Color Tank and Silo Farm Project (“Project”) includes a Development Permit Application No. P21-06100 to facilitate the installation of five (5) 28-foot diameter tanks, ten (10) 27-foot diameter silos, and one (1) dryer on rectangular mat foundations, accounting for approximately 40,403 sf. of the site. The Project would serve as an expansion of the E & J Gallo Winery operations located on the northeast corner of North Clovis Avenue and East Olive Avenue at 5631 East Olive Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. California Natural Color is a subsidiary of E & J Gallo Winery that produces juice concentrates, liquid and dried colors, and extracts from pomace and grape seeds for the food and beverage, confectionary, and nutraceutical industries.
