Title: SID Boarding Dock (Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. SAC- 22412-R2)
Description: The project is limited to the installation of a new private boat dock along the Sacramento River. The project will implement one of two design options: Option A includes installation of a single birth, pile guided steel frame boarding dock. The dock would include two 4-foot by 40-foot steel frame gangways within the Sacramento River, a 12-foot by 16-foot landing dock within the Sacramento River, and a 4-foot by 70-foot aluminum gangway for access from the bank. Installation will require four 14-inch diameter steel piles within the river bed and the construction if 5-foot by 6-foot concrete abutment to anchor the dock to the river bank. Option B includes installation of a single pile guided steel frame boarding dock. The dock would include a 4-foot by 40-foot steel frame gangway within the Sacramento River, a 12-foot by 16-foot landing dock within the Sacramento River, and a 4-foot by 70-foot aluminum gangway for access from the bank.
