Description

A request by Infinity Farms, Inc. for an Amendment to Minor Use Permit DRC2018-00016 (3-acre outdoor cannabis cultivation site, 2,208 square feet of ancillary processing space, security facilities, and pesticide storage, and a maximum of 21,600 square feet of indoor cannabis cultivation) to allow for an increase in annual water demand, a revision to the employee count, and an expansion of the outdoor cultivation area to allow for the use of hoop house structures and walkways. The proposed project is within the Agricultural Land Use Category and is located at 630 El Pomar Drive, approximately 1.5 miles east of Highway 101 in the community of Templeton. The site is in the El Pomar-Estrella Sub Area of the North County Planning Area
