- The Gabriel Valley Demonstration Project includes installation of an advanced UVFlex modular treatment system for 1,4 dioxane and NDMA. The project includes the following: 1) Trojan Technologies single train UVFlex modular demonstration system consisting of 144 lamps with a min design capacity of 3,250 gallons per minute. 2) Piping, valves, and connections to integrate the UVFlex modular demonstration system with existing treatment system that consists of air strippers, single lass ion exchange vessels, low pressure UV vessels, and hydrogen peroxide injection system. 3) power distribution center for the operation of the modular demonstration test. 4) system control center to optimize UV lamp operation and oxidant dosing requirements.
