Description

The Proposed Project includes implementation of a new Master Plan including Use and Development Standards, which would guide long-term redevelopment of parts of the Project Site, including adaptive reuse of the General Hospital Building. The Proposed Project includes the demolition of existing buildings, structures, storage containers, modular buildings, pavement, utilities, and landscaping to allow for the development of approximately 8.1 million square feet of new uses, including residential, general office, medical office, retail, patient and caregiver lodging, community facilities, education, warehouse, clean tech/light industrial, and hospital uses. The Proposed Project includes other related improvements related to infrastructure, including utilities, circulation and transportation demand management strategies, parking, and open space and landscaping.
