- Description
- The Permittee proposes to restore water circulation, reduce flooding and control mosquitoes at the lake. Maintenance includes opening a culvert along Old Coast Highway located at 1414 Park Place; removing bulrush, tules and cattails; and restoring native vegetation along the lake. Maintenance will occur in four areas.
