To allow for the construction of the Helendale Community Services District Community Park facility; include tennis courts, basketball courts, fields (i.e. baseball and soccer), dog park(s), skate and bike park(s), playground(s), picnic area(s), outdoor activity areas (i.e. farmer's market, concerts, movies, sports, camping, automotive local and regional festivals, community jubilees and other special events), announcer booth(s) and sound system(s) and all appurtenant facilities for a new Community Center and Equestrian Arena, rehabilitation of existing equestrian facilities and residences for rental purposes, proposed government offices and commercial retail uses along the Helendale Road portion of the Site.
