- Description
- The proposed project is the adoption of a policy document, the Downtown Area Plan (DAP). The DAP is intended to guide development in the Downtown Area through 2030. Implementation of the Downtown Area Plan would enable the City of Berkeley to accommodate significant additional development. The EIR assumes up to 3,100 additional dwelling units, and nearly 1,000,000 sf of non-residential space (largely comprised of University uses).
