- The project is the placement of two, 60-inch diameter storm drain pipes, which will collect existing surface flows from a 27-lot subdivision and convey them to the Salinas River at North River Road, between Niblick Road and the 13th Street bridge in the City of Paso Robles. A headwall will be built at the outfall to protect the bank.
