Description: This project consists of the issuance of a Timberland Conversion Permit exempting 23.7 acres of timberland from Forest Practice Act tree stocking (tree planting) requirements. The area will remain zoned Agriculture-Watershed following the removal of forest growth for development of a vineyard. The proposed vineyard is site III and IV timberland.
