Title: Oosterbaan Vineyard Timberland Conversion
Description: This project consists of the issuance of a Timberland Conversion Permit exempting 16.8 acres of timberland from Forest Practice Act tree stocking requirements. The area will remain zoned RE-5, Estate Residential, 5-acre minimum following the removal of forest growth for development of a vineyard. This is site II and III timberland.
