Description

The CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (R3-2001-1003) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Peter Dunne/Standard Pacific Homes of Northern California. As part of the development of the Oliver West project, a single-family residential development on a 130-acre parcel, the operator proposes to construct a bridge pier for the Eden Shores Boulevard crossing of Alameda County Flood Control Channel A-2. The project is located at Eden Shores Boulevard at the Alameda Flood Control Channel A-2 located south of Highway 92, west of Hesperian Boulevard, and north of Alameda Creek in the City of Hayward, Alameda County.
