Reasons for Exemption
The Project will provide separated bicycle and pedestrian access on a Town roadway. The improvements will occur entirely within existing right of way, on the graded shoulder, and replace existing degraded facilities. The Project is entirely consistent with CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (c), and represents the reconstruction of existing facilities in a disturbed environment.
