Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Charter Communications to trench to place 5’ of 1-3” conduit, 6’ of 1-2” conduit, install one 17”x30” vault, as well as perform temporary traffic control activities on State Route (SR) 66 at post mile 0.88, in the City of La Verne, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 48 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 11 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
