Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE), to replace one deteriorated utility pole along westbound Arrow Highway, west of the southbound Interstate 605 (I-605) off-ramp at postmile (PM) 23.904 in Irwindale, Los Angeles County, as well as perform temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 108 inches, an average width of 36 inches, and a maximum length of 36 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
