Document Description
The project consists of the subdivision of the subject property into eight single-family residential lots ranging in size from 8,465 to 9,055 square feet on an approximately 2.25-acre site. Avenue H-4, which forms the northern boundary, will be improved. Access to the subdivision will be via Denmore Avenue, a newly constructed road. Denmore Avenue will be constructed perpendicular to Avenue H-4, oriented north south. Typical infrastructure, such as electric, water, sewer lines, etc. will be installed by connecting to existing utilities. The site plan (Figure 2) provides more specifics on the project development.
