Document Description
This project will provide exterior and interior tenant improvements to an existing fire station building including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades to provide living quarters and service amenities for the Modesto Fire Department. Structural repairs will be carried out to restore the former function of the engine bays, which can’t currently support the heavy fire engines. Limited site work will also occur, including repairs of asphalt paving, concrete curb / gutter / sidewalk, and the placement of new striping for the parking lot.
