Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Charter Communications to access the existing spectrum vault, bore 351’ for 1-3” conduit, place 2’’x24”x36” vaults, and trench 10’ for 1-2” conduit to stub out at Caltrans right-of-way line on State Route (SR) 107 at post mile 3.3 in the City of Torrance, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 48 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 361 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
