Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Charter Communications to excavate and install fiber optic cable using one 3-inch conduit tie-in to the existing CATV handhole along State Route (SR) 1, at post mile 19.190, in the City of Redondo Beach, County of Los Angeles, and to perform temporary traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 54 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 22 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
