Document Description
A new 1.0 million gallon potable water reservoir is proposed at the site of an existing 1.5 million gallon storage tank. The new reservoir would be an above-ground, welded steel tank, approximately 80.5-feet in diameter and 34 feet in height. A roof vent in the center of the reservoir would extend approximately three feet above the reservoir roof. The reservoir would be founded on a buried concrete ring wall and soil pad at an approximate elevation of 733.4 feet. A 24-foot-wide asphalt-surfaced area would be provided around the perimeter of the reservoir, with a concrete curb and gutter. The asphalt-surfaced area would connect to a short concrete apron that would connect the reservoir to an existing unpaved access road.
