Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-66727-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to TransMontaigne Partners LLC, as represented by Kendall Rebusmen.
The project will excavate a 16-inch L930 crude oil steel pipeline to inspect and remediate damage. Prior to excavation, the location of the anomaly will be verified through potholing. The pipeline will be daylighted and sandblasted to clean the surface and remove the existing coating. The pipeline will be repaired by either applying a new coat of epoxy paint or welding on a composite sleeve for reinforcement. Once the repairs have been made, the trench will be backfilled, and the road will be repaved to match pre-construction contours.
