Document Description
Bureau of Street Lighting of the City of Los Angeles proposes installation of fiber optic
cables on Hoover St. overpass above Interstate 105 at post-mile (PM) R7.03 in Los
Angeles County for the Middle Mile Broadband Network miles through horizontal
directional drilling method. Caltrans right-of-way extends from 115th St. to the Union
Pacific Railroad (UPRR). There is one fiber optic pull box (approx. 26” x 38” x 36”)
proposed within Caltrans right-of-way. Maximum depth of excavation is six feet.
