The project involves the issuance of an Administrative Use Permit for the establishment and operation of a wireless telecommunication facility on an existing country club. With the construction of one (1) mono-eucalyptus wireless telecommunication facility and associated equipment, staff find the project consistent with a Class 3 Categorical Exemption, and none of the exceptions outlines in CEQA Guidelines §15300.2 (Exceptions) apply.
