Document Description
YESCO SIGNS LLC. (Applicant) is processing a request to implement a series of discretionary actions that would ultimately allow for the construction of a digital billboard with a height of 90 feet and double-sided displays measuring 1,200 square feet each. The project would amend the Buena Park Municipal Code (BPMC) Section 19.912.090.D (Billboard Overlay Zone Established) to establish a new overlay zone at the project location. The Project proposes a Development Agreement (DA-26-1) to allow for the construction of the digital billboard and a Text Amendment (C-26-1) to add the new billboard overlay area.
