The proposed project will decommission two adjacent buried electrical conduit vaults located within a wetland area on private property in Siskiyou County, California. To address these issues, PacificCorp Pacific Power intends to install a single replacement vault outside the wetland boundary and connect it to three existing vaults via new subsurface conduit.
