Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Marathon Pipe Line LLC to repair Tesoro's Line E11 Regulatory, located at 3030 Cherry Avenue (GPS: 33.812950,-118.167486). The scope of work includes excavation to expose the 10-inch pipeline, evaluation and repair of the identified anomaly, subsequent backfilling, and site restoration upon completion of the repair activities, as well as performing temporary traffic control activities along State Route (SR) 405, at post mile 4.82, in the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 84 inches, an average width of 60 inches, and a maximum length of 7 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
