Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Rok Power to replace four (4) utility poles (#1359350E, #1405839E, #2359466E, and #1490023E) and install two (2) anchors within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) along State Route (SR) 150 at post mile (PM) 22.7, as well as perform traffic control activities, east of the City of Ojai, Ventura County. Excavation will be 7 to 10 feet deep, with an average width of 32 inches and a length of 84 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
