Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-64024-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) - Oakland, as represented by Craig Geldard.
The project will repair 14.7 feet of exposed steel pipeline within an ephemeral tributary. Approximately148 cubic yards of rock slope protection and native soil will be placed over the repaired pipeline to re-establish protective cover. To facilitate site access, seven (7) native riparian trees will be removed, three (3) will be trimmed, and 0.43 acres of brush will be cleared. A temporary gravity-fed water diversion will redirect water around the project site if needed. After construction, the project site will be replanted with native vegetation to provide erosion control and restore habitat.
