Document Description
The project involves the installation of three (3) building identification signs, approximately 52 square feet in area each. Two will be installed atop the northeast and southeast elevations facing Pacific Coast Highway, the remaining building identification sign is in the form of a monument sign attached to a brick planter at the corner of Studebaker Road and Pacific Coast Highway at an entrance to the building. The corner retail space has frontage along both Studebaker Road and Pacific Coast Highway and is allotted two tenant signs. The remaining retail tenant space has one identification sign. The retail tenant signs are approximately 20 square feet in sign face area. Signage is fastened to the overhang of the building and is internally lit, with programmable dimmers.
