Document Description
Project improvements include; job site trailer to be installed which will include a concrete pad, ADA parking, a hook up to the septic system, electrical service and upgraded well. A sprinkler system will be installed, along with a panel upgrade, backup power for fire and security, high speed internet, and an EV charging station. A storage tank and pump will be installed, as well an overhead water truck filing station. The existing septic system will be rehabbed. A perimeter fence will be installed, fire suppression will be added to the trailer, and security cameras will be added to the project site.
