Document Description
Caltrans is requesting clearance of a parcel in Downtown Fresno, CA, south of Ventura Street and north of South Topeka Avenue, directly under a portion of State Route 41. The parcel is currently under an active Airspace Lease (Tenancy Number FRE041-0006-02) that commenced on July 1, 2021, and expires on June 30, 2026. The current lease permits parking and open storage. The Airspace Division is requesting Conceptual/Preliminary approval from the DARC committee to continue to lease this parking lot site as an Airspace site for a maximum of 5 years. The use of this site will continue to be for daily parking.
