Document Description
The applicant requests approval of a Modification to the Rolling Greens Subdivision Final Map (Book EE of Maps, Page 13) to revise and expand the building envelope on Lot 7 by approximately 1,696 square feet. The proposed expansion would accommodate the construction of a pool, patio, and fire pit associated with the development of the existing single-family residential lot. The proposed improvements are identified on the approved grading plans for the property. The pool and fire pit are located outside the building envelope currently depicted on the recorded Final Map. The requested map modification would expand the building envelope into the rear portion of the lot to allow these improvements to be located within the recorded building envelope, consistent with the Rolling Greens Subdivision Conditions of Approval.
