The project replaced existing mechanical equipment serving established school facilities. The replacement equipment
was installed at developed campuses, serves substantially the same purposes and buildings, and resulted in no expansion
of system capacity or school use. The District determined that none of the exceptions in CEQA Guidelines section
15300.2 apply.
