Construct a new unmanned wireless communications monopine,127’ in height. The bottom of the antennas would be at 110’ and the top would be at 118’. The proposed monopine tower will contain Verizon equipment with (12) 8’ antennas, (4) Remote Radio Units (RRU’s), (2) 3’ microwave, (1) Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna, required antenna cabling, and Hybrid Cable System (HCS) jumpers. The antennas, RRUs, and accessory equipment on the tower will be painted to match. All paint will have an anti-glare finish. The ground equipment will include (1) Ground Mounted Radio Cabinet, (2) raised concrete pads, cable ice bridge, utility backboard, multi-meter utility service, one 30 kW diesel generator with a 210-gallon fuel tank, within a 50'x 50' lease area enclosed within a 6’ tall, barb-wire chain-link fence with green privacy slats and a 12-foot wide access gate.
