In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the proposed resolution has been deemed to be exempt from further environmental review as there is no possibility that the proposed resolution would have a significant impact on the environment pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). The proposed resolution updates the Old Town Specific Plan (SPA No. 13) to extend the temporary outdoor live entertainment program by one year. The proposed changes do not authorize any construction and no physical changes to the environment will occur as a result of this action.
