Document Description
Administrative Use Permit application to establish an outdoor storage facility for 200 to 300 battery pack units that are not connected to a substation. The battery packs will be stored on-site until they are distributed to other project locations. The project proposes compacted soil for the surfacing outdoor storage areas and asphalt concrete paving for circulation lanes that bisect the storage areas. The project will utilize the existing 21,150 square foot storage building and 8,100 square foot office building. The project site will be served by an existing well for water, existing septic for wastewater, and natural storm drainage. The project site will be accessed from North State Route 99 East Frontage Road and East Clarksdale Road. The parcel is not under a Williamson Act Contract.
