Document Description
The Las Colinas Specific and Community Plan, and the Las Colinas Special Plan (proposed project) would provide a village-oriented residential concept development, along with community-supporting services, public facilities, and infrastructure. The project proponents propose to develop a mixed-use residential community of 4,236 residential units and 200,000 square feet (SF) of commercial uses on approximately 640 acres located east of the City of Bakersfield. A village core with mixed use and commercial uses provides shopping and services within walking distance to future Las Colinas residents.
